Situated in the fertile mainland of the Venetian metropolitan area, Scorzè thrives on a water-rich landscape where silt-laden soils yield exceptional crops and wines. This specialized terroir nurtures 16 protected denominations, led by the prized, tender shoots of Asparago di Badoere IGP, a delicacy shared with a select zone of 15 municipalities.
